A photo of a snail attached to the side of a wooden barrel where, 5 minutes before the photo was taken, unbeknownst to me, it was hidden away in a cosy over grown nest. There are small pieces of grass scattered around. I have added eyes to the shell, and pointy teeth coming out fro wherem the no doubt irritated snail is hiding itself away.

Today I accidentally became Tormentor of Snails, as I tried to make progress on the garden pre-winter tidy-up & kept uncovering their hidey-holes. Apologies to snails everywhere (but mainly the ones in my garden).
