Joke of the day: In #Russia, at a "clean water" festival, a city was flooded with faeces
In #Irkutsk, during the festival "Happiness of Pure Water," a sewer burst. The sewage flooded the road and got into the #Angara_River, which is famous for its clean water.
About 250 million rubles from the budget were spent on creating the festival. I wonder how much was spent on sewer maintenance?
