   Does anyone else get rate limited from just using mastodon normally from the mastodon website? Like, doing absolutely nothing exotic. Just scrolling the timeline, sometimes hitting like or boost, checking notifications when they come in, very occasionally replying to something. And then there's a wall of toast messages saying to try again in 1 to 5 minutes.

   Is this a me thing? Or a hachyderm thing? Or is mastodon just like this?
