youtube's video quality settings, there's only 3 options in there: - Missing options? - 360p - Auto

   this is getting even funnier.
   
   i uploaded a video, it took like 30 minutes to process hd or whatever, and the only thing it shows is 360p and a button that says 'Missing options?'
   
   when clicked, that button opens a page that tells me my browser is sadly incompatible with youtube's high quality video and to use a different one, like chrome. I AM USING CHROME.
