This is no ranking. Just a list of twenty books that I remember fondly. I probably forgot a dozen others that deserve to be on the list too. Oh, and it is mostly fiction. I read a lot of non-fiction too, and you might argue that they Change you too. But then you'd have to include schoolbooks, right?
