    Interesting, but the study doesn't say whether "Ultra-Processed Foods" marketed as "healthy alternatives" are/aren't better for you.

    Eg: "Veggie Burgers" are UPF's. But would eating a genuine BEEF burger be better for you at the same rate of consuption? I suspect not.

    As the saying goes: "Everything in moderation."
