   Tropical storm Debby is forecast to strike the Florida coast as a Cat 1 Hurricane and dump copious amounts of rainfall in FL, GA and SC, as it slows down and then perhaps shifts northward.

   Extra warm waters in the gulf, no thanks to Climate Change, means potential for rapid intensification today.
