   Yes.
   You got lucky finding such a nurse (and were circumspect.)
   Most others would not.

   It really is a major policy failure, similar to not asking whether someone were allergic to anesthetics before surgery.

   Anyway, I'm glad.

   It’s like bringing owls to Athens, as you are the communications expert, but I'd place this criticism at the very end of your talk, otherwise (s)he might be distracted.
