   In 2016 after the DNC, the Clinton campaign office opened in S.F., near my home. I walked there after the DNC, to find one of only three hired staffers in the whole state, and two interns. Things ramped up rapidly from there, helping turn NV blue, but more could've been done with an early start.

   Early $$ = early staffing, early volunteer training, early phone banks, early, preferentially priced ad buys, early fundraising...
