This screenshot is being shared but not easily available from the source site, The National Pulse, which is subscriber supported (i.e., paywalled).
The National Pulse is run by a former Breitbart-UK editor-in-chief Raheem Kassam, which explains the lack of disgust at Carmack in this screenshot. Breitbart is and has been pro-fascist.
