   A. No its not. B. Human civilization is nothing in geological timelines. Climate (crisis) is like the jehovas witnesses constantly predicting the end of times and when proved wrong just keep on tracking. Im old. Im old enough to remember the 70s "a new ice age is coming".
   Unless we massively nuke the permafrost or the bottom of the Atlantic and release the trapped methane we can't do anytjintto actually affect the climate outside of tje microclimate around human habitation centers etc. Chemical pollution and radiation are disastrous but they don't cause climate change. One volcano pumps out more shit than all human civilizations combined and no model does or posdibly could account for volcanoes. Yet here we are.
   In 20 years when you're my age and you'll still be hearing about how glaciers will melt any minute now aethat 100f in the summer is unprecedented, ypu ll figure it out out.
