   Great piece about the incredibly bad so-called "PRO Codes Act" in Techdirt. https://www.techdirt.com/2024/07/23/congress-wants-to-let-private-companies-own-the-law/ When I get queries from the press, my position is that they named this damned bill after me, and this is therefore a bill of attainder.    Congress wants to let corporations own the law thanks to the PRO Codes Act (which is currently being buried into a must-pass bill for NDAA re-authorization). This would be a disaster. https://www.techdirt.com/2024/07/23/congress-wants-to-let-private-companies-own-the-law/
