One-star Amazon review: "I do enjoy many of this author's books but I couldn't get past the protagonist's saying "F— God" at a friend's funeral at the start of the story. As if being foul mouthed showed the depth of the character's grief. I didnt want to spend any more time with her. She wasnt going to turn into someone I would like or root for. Gratuitous swearing is as bad as gratuitous violence. Some of us still find the F word offensive."
