do u ever wish sacramento had a subway (or streetcar) system like nyc or europe?

   We do have a light rail system in Sacramento but it primarily functions to move folks between the city and the suburbs. I do wish we had better intracity public transit. In particular if we had a streetcar from midtown to downtown that would be of great benefit to me
