how come u continue to work on elementary instead of getting a regular tech job and just maintaining elementary as a hobby? if i were u i'd probably get a regular remote tech job with good work-life balance (if it weren't for layoffs).

Because to me it’s worth the trade off to get work on my art full time and be self directed and have a lot of flexibility with my hours especially when scheduling Dr appointments etc. Money isn’t everything :)
