Color scale runs from minimal (dark green) to very high (dark purple) with white for insufficient data. Orange in southeast Texas. Yellow in south Gulf Florida and in southwest Mississippi. Yellow-green in Oregon. Light green areas in North Carolina, North Dakota, Hawaii and California. Otherwise dense dark green east of Mississippi. Mostly white along lower 100°W, with some shades of Dakotas into Nebraska, into eastern Texas, picking up with larger green counties further west, with patches green from New Mexico to southern California, central/north Colorado into western Montana.
