We have sent Amazon a request for information under the Digital Services Act.

We are seeking more information on the measures taken to comply with the DSA obligations related to:

🔹 the transparency of recommender systems and their parameters;
🔹 the provisions on maintaining an ad repository;
🔹 its risk assessment report.

Based on the assessment of the replies – to be provided by 26 July 2024, we will assess the next steps.
