   I want to show good faith and note that SerenityOS did end up merging a commit to remove exclusionary language https://github.com/SerenityOS/serenity/pull/24648

   I'm not a fan of the excuse "the writer was unfamiliar with English and didn't know better" when the initial response was "this change is political and we adhere to norms that stipulates 'he' should be defaulted to as a natural pronoun" but hey I guess that was just one person and that they're trying to put out that fire right now
