   Now pediatric centers have become harder to find for children like Yevhen, who has a rare genetic disorder.

   There is a shortage of pediatric doctors to treat these cases, on top of the physical threats war poses to medicine.

   Like running ventilators during blackouts and moving patients between cities under fire.
