   here it goes again for South Florida... probably a common refrain in the years to come.
   yesterday's rainfall totals -- OOF. this land is beyond saturated.

   "A Flood Watch remains in effect for all of S Florida thru Friday evening. Periods of widespread showers & thunderstorms w/ heavy rainfall will lead to the potential for localized flash flooding. Rainfall amounts of 4-8" expected across S Florida, with locally higher of 10"+ possible today."
