this does remind me of this recurring dream i have. where humans no longer have buttholes and instead a small portal in their back with a door. when you're "at capacity" a sensor hits an api and sends a push notification via biometric to confirm whether or not you want to purge the system. if you approve the purge, the door opens up and out comes a neatly wrapped purge block ready to be used as fuel for a fire or some other purpose.
