   OPEN THE WICKET GATES
   fiddle with them and the blade angle until you get the turbine up to 750 RPM and 50Hz on the generator side
   fiddle with the exciter until you get 20.6kV
   then watch the synchroscope and flip the beeeg switch when you're in phase with the grid
