   Russian military came to Popasna, Luhansk region, to distribute humanitarian aid to the remaining civilians and ask how many people live in the city.

   It turned out that only 280 of the 20,000 who had previously lived in Popasna remained.

   Russia "liberated" Popasna back in the summer of 2022, but people do not return there.

   War brings only death and destruction. Russia brings only death and destruction.
