So, Alito's Appeal to Heaven flag: a symbol of support for insurrectionist Donald Trump, for a religious strand of the “Stop the Steal” campaign and for a push to remake American government according to the #christofascist terms.
Alito must recuse himself from cases related to #Jan6 #J6 crimes and conspiracy.
In coming weeks, the #scotus will rule on that case, which could scuttle the charges against Trump, as well as on whether he is immune from prosecution for his crimes.
