2024 platform innovation fee Last year, we implemented the platform innovation fee to support platform enhancements that will help deliver a better overall customer experience. We heard your feedback on the timing of the fee notification and understand that giving you more time to prepare for an upcoming fee helps you better forecast for your business. Additionally, we have reviewed the fee structure and decreased the 2024 platform innovation fee. To give you as much time as possible to prepare, you can expect to see this year's platform innovation fee on an on-cycle invoice in October. The amount you will be invoiced is $650.*
