View from a standing position of my Ti-Trikes quadricycle trying and failing to lock up at the inaccessible "lightning bolt" racks UC Davis stubbornly continues to install. These were installed just this month. The rack is made only to fit narrow upright bikes with no cargo. The quad could only ever fit on the end. But here it cannot do that because they installed a new curb that is curving towards and too close to the rack. They also put landscaping with rocks too close.
