Apple Inc. illegally interrogated staff at its World Trade Center store in New York City, the US labor board ruled Monday. A trio of Democratic-appointed members of the National Labor Relations Board ruled against the company, affirming the findings of an administrative law judge. Apple, which didn’t have an immediate comment, has previously denied wrongdoing. Rulings by NLRB members can be appealed to federal court. The agency lacks authority to impose punitive damages or hold executives personally liable for violations.

The #NLRB Board just affirmed the ALJ's decision in favor of the WTC #Apple workers (based on their May 2022 unfair labor practice charge); with the Board issuing a new decision against Apple today.
This is freaking huge. So proud of my ex-colleagues!!! 🎉🎉🎉
