   ... grove. There was already work done around the grove above the canyon a few years ago and it looks pretty good (removing all of the dead trees). But that canyon below is hella steep. Like too steep to walk (it drops 1200 feet in 1000 feet). And it's covered in dead trees and brush.

   It's amazing the grove has survived so well for so long considering all of the near misses over the last couple decades.

   My parents remain prepped to evacuate if the #GarnetFire does head their way. Tomorrow...

   Absolutely.
   This newspaper article* even comes to the conclusion, that the facts might never be unearthed, being swept under the rug of history by Germany's (historically) two biggest parties, the FDP and the CDU, who have been providing Germany's chancellors for decades.
