I've yet to run across ANY that are on here. Same for when I was on #Twitter, #Facebook, etc. Nobody. My posts describe the photo/video regardless--no alt text needed. That said, I'm not on social media for clicks. It's out of boredom. Your threat of losing clicks/likes/etc would only affect those that you're NOT trying to cater to anyway. Ah...othering and some vice signaling.

Apparently what is a "threat" is unfollowing people so you don't accidentally boost their inaccessible toots. Othering people based on their marginalized status isn't threatening, apparently.
It's remarkable to me how confident abled folks are that they'll never become disabled.
