I've created a new archive for the defunct journal Bulatlatan. Bulatlatan was a space for dissident rank-and-file cadre of the Communist Party of the Philippines that opposed Joma Sison's line of class collaboration with the presidential candidacy of Villar, a real estate developer. Unlike other journals and spaces belong to the CPP and national democracy like Ang Bayan or Bulatlat, Bulatlatan was an explicit forum for debate within the CPP and the broader national democracy.
As far as I can tell, Bulatlatan documented a period of intense and controversial two-line struggle within the CPP. The anti-collaborationist line eventually lost and Sison's line won. This two-line struggle seemed to have also been framed as a Tiamzons–Sison conflict within the central committee.
