a graph showing my heart rate over 20 minutes. it stopped logging when I locked my phone screen, so part of it help a perfect 115 bpm for like 7 minutes. there's a spike where I unlocked the screen, and some variability while fussing around and also exercise. weird drop off at the end after adjusting the chest strap

I got one of those heart rate monitors that is basically the world's worst strapless bra but with electrodes (it's a polaris H10 i'm being glib). The results logged during today's exercise are a bit 🤔🤔🤔
