   Recently, I have been rearranging the price drops on prepared foods from the supermarket to make lunches for my family. Because they look delicious. Today, I grilled grilled autumn swordfish and hard-boiled turnip in sesame oil.The rice is rice with barley mixed in.
   This is simple japanese stlye.This kind of thing tastes good, doesn't it?

   最近はスーパーの惣菜の値下がり品をアレンジして家族のお弁当にすることが増えた。美味しそうだしね。今日は秋刀魚の蒲焼と昨日作ったカブのスープで食べきれないって思った硬めに煮たカブを胡麻油で焼いた。ごはんは麦が混ざったご飯。こういうのが美味しいよね。
