   I am so sick of hearing this neoliberal nonsense.

   The claim that cutting top rates of tax will boost growth is a prime example of what Paul Krugman has referred to a "zombie economics' - 'ideas that have failed repeatedly in practice, and should be dead, but somehow are still shambling around eating policymakers brains'.
