   There is a new financial crimes federal reporting requirement for small business owners, where you must disclose name, address and an identifying document in order to be able to avoid a hefty fine and/or imprisonment. You must have a current drivers license or passport in order to properly file.

   That enforcement system is upside down and needs to be shut down.
