   @MariaHill Every single NATO nation showed up when when we asked way back in 2001. Every single NATO nation lost soldiers in Afghanistan, helping us after we were attacked.

   Trump's perspective on NATO makes a lot more sense, though, if you consider that he looks at it like it's a protection racket, not an alliance, because it fits in with his mob boss theme. Whether or not he can do it, it’s terrible rhetoric that alienates allies we need.

   Trump, as usual, is a dumbass.
