   Ecuador will transfer old Russian equipment to the USA

   The President of the country Daniel Noboa said the Ecuadorian government will exchange old Russian and Ukrainian equipment for new equipment from the United States for 200 million dollars. It is not specified what type of equipment we are talking about - military or civilian use

   The Russian embassy in Ecuador informed the country's authorities that sending old Russian equipment to the United States "would be a hostile step"
