176 days!! I’ve been really digging the Apple Fitness+ workout routines lately, but I’ve also enjoyed the routines from Beach Body. It’s definitely harder to make a routine on your own. I think the key is to be realistic and set goals that you can achieve, even if that’s just 10 minutes of exercise. And have options! Maybe you can’t do kickboxing today but yoga would feel so nice (that was me today!). Variety keeps it fun and you can maintain an illusion of choice with yourself haha
