   This year I'm in Japan, so I'm not making my own Osechi! Because there is already so much delicious food in Japan, why should I make it myself!
   I mean, I was so determined to cook Osechi (Japanese New Year dishes) in South East Asia during the lockdown. I want to praise myself. No, please praise me.

   今年は日本だからおせちは自分で作らない！だってもう美味しいものがこんなに溢れてるのに、なんで自分で作らなあかんの！
   っていうかロックダウンの東南アジアで意地になってここまで作ってた私。自分で自分を褒めたい。いや、褒めて。
