Prune and Cream Cheese Donut Salad 1/4 pound cream cheese 4 prunes 4 doughnuts 4 lettuce leaves Quarter donut. Spread cut ends with cream cheese and put donut back together. Place on lettuce leaf. On each side of donut place a prune that has been stuffed with cream cheese. Serves four.
