ALERTS WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Warning, significant coastal flooding expected. For the High Surf Warning, dangerously large breaking waves of 28 to 33 feet with isolated waves up to 40 feet. * WHERE...San Francisco, Coastal North Bay Including Point Reyes National Seashore, San Francisco Peninsula Coast, Northern Monterey Bay and Southern Monterey Bay and Big Sur Coast Counties. * WHEN...Until 2 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur. Breaking waves can sweep people off jetties and docks, and into dangerous seas. Life-threatening swimming conditions and significant beach erosion can be expected. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Take the necessary actions to protect flood- prone property. If travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth.

🚨This is the alert from my brother for the storm on the north central coast of California. There will be 28-33 ft waves with 40 ft possible!
Further south, the entire coast of Ventura County has been closed. This has never happened in my lifetime.
