I'm not here to actually hurt people, but hopefully I'm making him realize that he ought to fix himself since he said he needs help. Bros help each other out IRL and we can't do that easily here so I have to pretend bully him on the internet.

   You probably don't look that big, but by BMI that's right on the edge of obesity. Actual body composition is a much better metric but if you're not feeling in shape, consider it a reminder that you could maybe stand to lose a few pounds through small healthy lifestyle improvements.
