Welp the pronouns badge worn to xmas had zero observable effect. No-one mentioned it.
During my Dad's annual Xmas speech, in which he enumerates the achievements of each family member, he referred to me as she or her about half a dozen times. In the space of 30 seconds.
It's not misgendering because I am a woman, but it is ... irritating? It would be nice to be seen & acknowledged for who I am.
But eh, it's the same with most families, I know. People get ideas fixed in their heads.
