   #Trump said that #SCOTUS Chief Justice #JohnRoberts’ statement on Tues didn’t mention him by name while doubling down on his call to #impeach a federal judge who ruled against his admin in a high-profile #deportation case.

   In an interview on Tues w/ FauxNews’ Laura Ingraham, Trump was asked what his reaction was to Roberts stepping in to make a statement after Trump called for impeaching US District Judge James #Boasberg.

   His "dangerous" rhetoric was intentional, Steinglass says, and reflects a threat to the rule of law.

   What's more, he has threatened retaliation against the people and judge involved in this case.

   In 2024 report, Justice Roberts warned of danger of these kinds of attacks, he continues.

   Roberts also warned of dangers of disinformation.

   "Put simply, this defendant has caused enduring damage to the public perception of the criminal justice system," Steinglass says.

   You know how well Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign is going by the look on Donald Trump, Jr’s face.

   In an advertisement posted on Twitter, Junior looks like he is about to cry.
   Either that, or Junior was not quite sober when the advertisement was recorded.
   I will leave it to you to decide which is the case.

   In the advertisement, Junior begs for money for his father’s presidential campaign.

   First he asks for five dollars.

   I often stay up to date with #conservative media in #USPolitics just to keep apprised of what the #GOP is talking about, or to put it in a different way, so you don’t have to, but lately it’s getting just two much even for me.

   It’s one thing to disagree with facts that #Republicans are working with, but lately they are getting more and more unhinged in their actual arguments, contradicting themselves but seeming oblivious of it.

   For example, this week I heard the line that progressive attacks against #Trump are good for him because they will make him seem moderate to voters. If the ideologues are attacking him, then he must be moderate, right? But then the next moment that same presenter started talking about progressive attacks against #Biden without applying the exact same reasoning to that case.

   In the past few weeks mainstream conservative talking points have just gotten ridiculous in their blind support for Trump. They’ve stopped talking about policy, or their claims about accomplishments, or anything like that. Now it’s just getting into chanting that really didn’t exist before.

   On one hand, it’s sad to watch, it’s pathetic, and on the other hand it’s boring.

   So I figure they are setting themselves up for a repeat of the red wave that never showed up during the last election. They are not setting themselves up to win.

   Sigh. I wish they would at least make it interesting to watch.

   These are examples of business logic that a particular app or service may have in a particular domain / use case.

   In a heterogenous Fediverse someone might build msg exchange for water starting to boil in their teapot. It will likely not be a #FEP anytime soon, and most probably never enter into W3C artifacts.

   Still, ideally, one should be able to discover from the endpoint how this Teapot service works. Simplest is discovery where docs/specs live. E.g. via "Compliance Profiles".

   @thomasfuchs @stanford It's not exactly like that. It would work ONLY if they were the only nazis in their own circles, but that's usually not the case.

   In fact, the other nazis in their circles might want that this happen to them, so it becomes easier to reinforce their bonds with the shunned nazi.

   Exactly the same way many sects achieve their goals. One does not become a nazi overnight, most of them go through an initiation funnel, and being outcasted is just another step in their path.
