@Strandjunker that's not accurate. it required that each circuit court would have a circuit judge who lived in the circuit and they'd have equal power as the Supreme Court justice assigned to that circuit. And then the circuits got abolished and replaced with districts in 1911. It didn't establish a 1:1 relation between the justices and the circuits.

But yeah the court should be expanded anyway, ideally with rotating justices hearing cases at random
