   Yes, this must be judged by the ICC, as a supranational, independent body and, OFC not by Israeli courts who, in my view, have no jurisdiction in Gaza.

   As much as I am for a re-election of President Biden (as the alternative is authoritarianism,) this is, in my view, another foreign-policy blunder.

   Falling upon Occam's razor during a war is naive at best.

   The IDF does indeed intentionally kill civilians in what they term "power targets".

   The IDF has destroyed or damaged approx 60% of the accommodation in Gaza.

   As stated in that +972 article, including "power targets" such as universities, banks, government buildings.

   Perhaps you're seeing the sanitised version of the war?

   The rest of the world is seeing something far more horrifying.
