   All the 'keep Christ in Christmas' folks trying to impose their backward theocratic rule on all of us might be surprised to learn the Puritans they regard as the true founders of this country BANNED Christmas altogether.

   Any observation of the holiday, whether taking the day off or preparing a feast, came with a five shilling fine.
