Panel 1: One designer says to another "I'm going to start a Design Subscription Service!" The other one replies "Christ, are you jumping on that bandwagon too? Go on then, show me your website." Panel 2: Mock up of a website that says LIMITED DESIGN LTD.ONE MONTHLY FEE. To be paid upfront because i'm not endlessly chasing invoices for this shit as well". Below it says "Why hire a designer who can work directly with your teams, when I can just bosh out some templated crap on the cheap asynchronously and hope that your developers are cool with it." Panel 3: Four panels of text say "Two changes allowed and then you pay more. I'm not stupid, why would I voluntarily invite that 'endless' madness into my life? Entirely contextual turn around times. Apps take longer to design than a banner ad does, for fucks sake. Just 1 contact okay? One of you is bad enough. I can't deal with a whole bunch of you piling into Slack and arguing endlessly over which button CTA feels more 'on brand'. Panel 4: The second designer says "Is your USP going to be brutal honesty with your clients at EVERY stage of the process?" The first replies "Hopefully in one month I'll have made enough to go on holiday and none of them will want to speak to me again."
