   Update #2:

   I was able to secure a temporary retrieve from my landlady to allow me some time for my replacement debit card to come in so I can retrieve the funds to pay my rent.

   Problem is, she can't wait too long because she has overdue bills herself, and she needs my rent payment ASAP for her own expenses.

   So, I still need that $300 ASAP so there are no issues.
