#Threads just announced testing of interoperability with ActivityPub (and thus Mastodon). This is INCREDIBLY exciting because while I prefer Mastodon as a platform, most of the people I follow are on Threads. I believe #Meta is the first major platform to show signs of actually following through on ActivityPub promises.
