   I spent most of the day hysterically crying for no specific reason other than my brain overflowing with stress hormones and my body shaking. Panic attacks every few minutes, OCD in between. But hey, in between those moments I found a relatively quiet hour, put on a podcast about healing and I think I made my most beautiful handmade work yet.
